The ZSB feeder has been designed for high quality environments such as automotive, coils, speakers and highly technical PCB soldering. The built-in roulette cutting blade makes evenly spaced holes while precisely feeding solder wire. During soldering, flux is released evenly through these holes. This provides consistent flux coverage without splattering and allows solder to melt on a clean, active surface. The ZSB feeder can feed solder with diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm.
