BIOACT EC-7R is a bio-based, semi-aqueous spray and immersion cleaner designed for ambient defluxing applications. This high performance cleaner is a patented mixture based on citrus terpene. It is a water-rinsable cleaner, selected for its excellent solvency, easy rinsing, high soil loading and process versatility. It effectively removes ionic contamination and high temperature solder flux residues from SMD's and other electronic components.
