We are in search of a qualified, consultative sales professional to manage our current client relationships and provide equipment and material solutions within the circuit board assembly and repair industry. The open position provides an excellent opportunity for growth in our Southern Ohio, Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky Territory.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the electronics assembly industry
  • Analytically minded with the desire and ability to learn, understand and promote a large number of complicated products and processes
  • Enjoys interacting with others, social and people skills are important aspects of the role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to accept a fast-paced environment, switch from one project to the next, ability to juggle work and manage interruptions\
  • PCB and/or Electronics assembly industry experience helpful
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Experience using Microsoft CRM, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Attention to detail in a structured environment
  • Ability to comprehend and retain a large amount of product and process knowledge
  • Ability to work out of a home office and effectively manage one's own schedule
  • Bachelors degree or comparable education

 

Activities Include:

  • Connect with existing customers and new prospects within the territory to Establish Trust and Create Value by helping them to improve their process through equipment and material selection 
  • Travel both independently and with principals within the territory to identify new opportunities for equipment and consumable sales
  • Prosecute all sales opportunities with the support of inside sales team and partners
  • Travel to trade shows and principal factories outside of territory for both education and sales demonstrations
  • Consistently grow sales within territory, develop new relationships within all accounts and work closely with our vendors and principals to gain more business
  • Ability to cold call and successfully promote our company and products
  • Demonstrate products and provide technical assistance
