The trend towards aqueous based chemistry cleaning has provided a set of difficult challenges. Current technology does not allow for the interstage chemical isolation rinse to be recycled. Prior to entering the local municipal drain system the effluent may require heavy metals remove and pH neutralization. Resys has a standard package to address this challenge, Effluent Treatment System (ETS). Several options are available to deal with the unique challenges established by local municipalities.
