How to Login
 Current Customers - All current customers having done business over the past few years have already been added into our site. If this is your first visit, please contact us for your temporary login information. Otherwise by entering your e-mail address as your username and your previously provided password you will be able to enjoy the many benefits of our store. Once your account information has been reviewed you may want to visit 'My Account' to review your account settings, edit and/or update your account or review current details. You may want to take a moment to personalize your password.
New User - Not a current user, simply click on register and follow the prompts to get started.
My Account Benefits
 My Account - Can be reached from our home page. The button is located in our header and is the first on the left. Once logged in you can select this button and you will be directed to a high level overview of your account. You can view and edit your contact information, password and address information. Also shown are your recent orders and quotes which can be opened and manipulated. If you have an order or quote number simply type it into the search window and you will be directed appropriately. You may also select to use the drop down menu on the left of your screen title Account Overview to gain more access to your specific account details.
Account Overview - provides an easy way for our customers to view and browse important information without having to drill down into multiple pages. As you make your selection from the menu on the left hand side of the page your pertinent data will be displayed. Following is a brief overview of the many selections provided.
 My Favorites - You can add products to your my favorite list that you order frequently or might want to consider purchasing in the future. You have the opportunity to view, edit, add to cart, remove, or e-mail your list from this area.
My Account Benefits
- Order History - From this section, you can easily look at a list of previous orders and/or items purchased, review your order status and repurchase products.
- Quote History - Provides an easy way to review all open quotes generated either by you the user or one of our CSR's. You can convert the quote to an order, print, or e-mail to a friend or coworker. Also displayed is the quote expiration date and days left to expire.
 Search Orders/Quotes - By selecting the order history tab you can easily find recent orders placed on the web store. The Search Orders pages provide many options for your search criteria just select a dropdown menu and make your selection. You can search by order number, PO number, date or a specific range of time.
- My Recently Purchased Items
- Quick Order Entry - If you're in a hurry use our Quick Order feature. Once selected a blank items box is displayed. Simply select the look up button and you can search by category (Product Family or Brand) and/or type in a key work or an exact phrase. A list of matching products will then be displayed and can be added to a cart immediately. You can also select History and you will be directed to products you have purchased recently. Try it, it's easy.
My Account Benefits
 Invoice History
- Credit Card Details - All stored credit cards may be viewed from this area. One can also add new credit card details by selecting the Add Card button at any time. Your credit card information is encrypted at all times while in our possession - during transmission and/or storage - using PCI standards.
- Payments - Prior invoices can easily be searched for, reviewed and even printed if required for further use. You may also elect to pay invoices with a credit card through our portal; this can be managed from the payments tab.
Account Settings
- Change Name, E-mail Name and Password - Within this location you can manage your log in information including username, password and associated security question/answer.
- Address History - Provides you an easy way to update your address or those of your associates that have been added to the store front. New addresses may be added as well.
- Newsletter Subscription - By re-entering your current e-mail address you will begin to receive our company newsletter, valuable pain/remedy stories, new product announcements, valuable coupons and special product discount announcements.
- Preferences - Our customers can easily manage the way in which we communicate together. Your e-mail preferences can be set so that you can receive order, shipping, quotes and many other automatic e-mail confirmations upon specific transactions.
- Sub Users - The site has been designed to have ONE primary user and various sub users the ability to access the site. The primary user controls which sub-users can make purchases vs. shop only. A complete list containing the primary user and all sub users can be found listed under the Account Settings Tab. You must be associated with your company in order to take advantage of your specific price/discount.
Enhanced Product Detail and Selection
Product Selection - There are many ways to find the products you are looking for. From the HOME page you can easily make your selection using one of several ways including: Shop By Product Family, Shop By Brand, and Shop By Product Type. Or simply, enter some information into the "Keyword Search" window in the upper right corner for example, the first few letters or numbers of the product, brand or part number you are looking for, and our Auto fill option will do the rest. You will immediately see a list of matching key words and/or part numbers which will point you in the right direction. It's quick, user friendly and easy to use.
Once you make a selection you will be directed to a page showing all the products that match your selection. From this point you can select an individual product or use our narrow by tool.
 Narrow By - Provides a significant advantage towards finding your exact product quickly. Narrow by selections include by Product Family, Product Type, Brand, Price and even clearance items. Of course color, size and other important criteria are also available. "More ways to shop" offers further filtering.
- Your Price - By logging in you will see both Manufactures Standard (List) Price as well as your price which is based on your status with our company and our competitive approach
- Current Inventory - You will also be able to view our current inventory and approximate lead times for additional quantities if an item is unavailable.
- Product Description, Picture, Specifications, Data Sheets and MSDS (if applicable) - By drilling down to the exact product you are looking for you will be directed to the product details page. There you will find all the details related to that specific product. Product specifications, pictures, data sheets, material safety data sheets and much more is readily at your fingertips.
- Related Products - Located along the right side of the page are products related to the one you have selected.
- Accessories - Located on the bottom of the page are the listed accessories that will enable you to use the product selected to its fullest extent
- Can't Find - If all else fails and you are unable to fine what you're looking for simply enter in a few details into the Can't Find window in the lower left hand corner, hit the submit button and we will contact you shortly to provide additional suggestions and details.
 We Know How Knowledge Database
Since 1960 we have spent a considerable amount of time gaining specific knowledge as it relates to your industry. Once you have narrowed down your search to either Product Family or Product Brand you will find two file folder tabs, one labeled Shop showing the number of products available and the other labeled Articles and Videos. By clicking on the Articles and Videos tab you will be directed to hundreds of useful documents and/or videos.
- Documents and Articles - provide further details as to how to select and use various products will be located here. Simply click on the tab, view the list of associated article and videos, make your selection by clicking the learn more button and you're off.
- Videos - provide you an overview on how the products are used and other useful information.
Specials and Current Promotions
From time to time we will be offering special discounts, product promotions and clearance specials. You will be altered of such specials either through EDM's, home page banner details, your Personal Account Executive (PAE), Customer Service Representative (CSR) or this section of our web store. Details are forthcoming. Please check back with us often.
Staying in Touch
Staying in touch - with our customers is critical to both our success. Our website is fully functional with respect to keeping you, our customer up to date. There are thirteen total automated e-mail acknowledgements of which you may receive from time to time. A few of the more prominent alerts are as follows.
- Registration - When you are successfully registered as a new user on our site.
- Order Conformation - When your order is successfully placed on our web store you will receive an e-mail verifying your bill and ship to addresses, shipping method, order number and total spent.
- Order Shipped Confirmation - Once approved and shipped you will receive an acknowledgement providing a tracking number from the carrier selected.
- Change Login or Password - For security reasons, when your Login ID and/or Password are changed on our site.
- Sub User - To confirm that a sub user has been successfully added to your account.
- Quotation Entry - When one of our CSR's internally enters a quote on your behalf.
Other Communications - Once registered on our site you will begin to receive important industry update as well as valuable "We Know How" information.
- Pain/Remedy Stories - Provide overviews on industry related issues that many of our customers currently experience. Of course along with isolating the PAIN, we provide the REMEDIES available to eliminate the issues. These are provided through the experiences of our associates, suppliers, principals and other industry specific shareholders
- Newsletters - Provided quarterly and will contain useful news from your industries counterparts
- Important EDM's - Periodic from time to time product specials, vendor promotions and special announcements will be forwarded via e-mail. It is not our intention to over market to you, but merely to provide useful data that will enable you to save money, improve quality and/or positively affect your bottom line.
The many features reviewed in this document can be shared with your associates through either print, e-mail or other social media from within our site.
