Regardless of any information to the contrary, both federal and state governmental regulations place ultimate responsibility for waste on the generator of that waste. With that in mind, REsys designed its media program to be as comprehensive as possible so as to limit the potential to violate regulations under RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act).
