Inverter
The GENIUS 1-IN Inverter is used to invert a PC board when required in top-side/bottom-side manufacturing. The unit uses a servo controlled high-speed rotate mechanism to invert the board with pinpoint accuracy. It is able to cradle the board during its rotate cycle by using a twosided belt support system. The module is able to achieve cycle times of less than 15 seconds per board by utilizing its “flip-flip” software functions.
